The role of a doula is to provide continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

 

My goal is to help women feel empowered, positive, and connected to their birthing experience.

Doula service: $2,000

 

   Includes:

​

   Pre-Labor:

• Free initial consultation at home or location within reason

• Two prenatal visits which include childbirth education, going over your birthing options and plan, comfort techniques, and what to expect during your postpartum period.

• Educating mom and partner on all their options

• Unlimited email and phone support

​

   Labor:

• I will be on-call for 2 weeks prior to your due-date up to birth date

• I will be there for you during labor providing emotional and physical support 

• Assist with communication between mom, partner and medical team.

• Work with the mom and partner to provide balanced labor support

• ​

   Postpartum:

• Stay for two hours after delivery to support mom and baby as needed

• One postnatal visit to check on the status of you and your baby

Doula Service Plus Pre/Postnatal Yoga: $2,300

​

   Includes:

• All doula services listed above

• 4 private pre/postnatal yoga classes to be used during pregnancy and up to one year after birth.
